Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act (S.C. 2003, c. 7 L.C). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the approval of projects on behalf of the Executive Committee. The text - consisting of 6 sections – deals with the following aspects: interpretation, activities and exceptions, projects to be submitted to the Executive Committee and coming into force. Three Schedules are enclosed.
