Abstract

By-laws 3 to 5 make provision for the inspection by the Arusha Municipal Council of the Health Officer of premises and vessels in the area on environmental nuisances. The Regulations also are concerned with the protection of vegetation and the protection of food. The Health Officer may inspect food offered for sale and various requirements regarding persons serving or selling food are prescribed.
