The Agency is a company in the sense of the Compenies Act. These articles of association regulate internal matters of the Agency such as number and conditions of membership, matters relating to general meetings, voting, fees, board of directors, etc. The number of members proposed is thousand but the Board of directors may from time to time increase such number. A Council of the Agency is established the Council will represent the relevant sub-sectors of the citrus industry. Full text English
