Abstract

Le présent arrêté crée un «Fonds National de Développement Forestier et Faunique» au sein du Secrétariat d'Etat auprès du Premier Ministre chargé de l'Environnement, conformément à l'article 85 de la loi 97-007 du 20 Janvier 1997 portant code forestier et à l'article 3 de la loi 97-006 du 20 Janvier 1997 portant code de la chasse et de la protection de la nature.
