Abstract

Le présent arrêté ministériel fixe les modalités d'application de l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 15 mai 2003 relatif à la production et à la commercialisation des matériels forestiers de reproduction. L’article 2 établit qu’en application de l'article 8 de l'arrêté, l'admission de matériels de base destinés à la production de matériels forestiers de reproduction de la catégorie «matériels identifiés», est exclue sur tout le territoire de la Région wallonne pour les espèces mentionées dans cet article. Le texte comprend 5 articles.
