Abstract

Le présent arrêté fixe les critères de sortie du statut de déchet pour les produits chimiques ou objets ayant fait l'objet d'une régénération. Le présent arrêté s'applique aux exploitants d'une installation classée sous la rubrique 2770, 2771, 2790 ou 2791 de la nomenclature des installations classées pour la protection de l'environnement, soumise à déclaration ou autorisation, et effectuant une opération de régénération de produits chimiques ou d'objets.
