Abstract

En application de l'article R. 522-32 du code de l'environnement, l'utilisation des produits biocides contenant des substances actives visées par la décision 2007/565/CE de la Commission du 14 août 2007 pour les types de produits biocides visés dans ladite décision est interdite à partir du 21 février 2009 ; l'utilisation des produits biocides du type 08 contenant la substance « triacétate de guazatine » (CAS n° 115044-19-4) est interdite à partir du 1er septembre 2008.
