Abstract

Le présent arrêté établit des exigences complémentaires en matière d'hygiène alimentaire et de commercialisation applicables aux produits d'origine animale et aux denrées contenant des produits d'origine animale. Le présent arrêté prévoit que, sans préjudice des dispositions des règlements (CE) n° 852/2004 et (CE) n° 853/2004, ainsi que de leurs mesures d'application communautaires et nationales, les conditions applicables à l'approvisionnement direct par le producteur du consommateur final ou du commerce de détail local fournissant directement le consommateur final en petites quantités de produits primaires sont définies par : l'annexe I s'agissant des conditions applicables pour les produits de la pêche ; l'annexe II s'agissant des conditions applicables pour les œufs de poules ; l'annexe III s'agissant des conditions applicables pour le miel ; et l'annexe IV s'agissant des conditions applicables au gibier sauvage ou à la viande de gibier sauvage.
