Abstract

This Order, made under section 8 of the Archipelagic Waters and Maritime Jurisdiction Act, defines the outer limits of the Exclusive Economic Zone between the geographical coordinates (which are connected by geodesic lines) as set out in the Schedule. Wherever such line is twelve nautical miles or less from the archipelagic baselines, it shall constitute the outer limit of the territorial sea adjacent to The Bahamas between the points as indicated in the First Schedule.
