Applicants may be professional bodies or organisms. Application shall be made to the Minister of Legal Affairs in the form set out in the Schedule. Where the Minister refuses to issue a recognition order, he or she shall give notice of the decision to the applicant in the form set out in the Schedule. Forms are also prescribed for notice of change of name or constitution or rules of an arbitration institute. Full text English
