Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act. The purpose of this plan is to provide for insurance against a loss in crops as a result of designated perils related to weather. The text – consisting of 19 sections – deals with the following aspects: designated perils, payment required on application, duration of contract, coverage period, insured crop value, premiums, evaluation of loss.
