Abstract

For purposes of controlling the spreading of aquatic weeds in Botswana, these Regulations provide for: (a) the entry of boats into Botswana; (b) inspection of boats by custom officers; (c) issue of movement certificates; (d) movement of boat and aquatic apparatus from any surface water to any place in Botswana in accordance with certificate; (e) movement of boats from infested water, and; (f) fees. (11 regulations and 4 Schedules: places of entry by road; [1] places of entry by rail [2] - places of entry by air [3] - form of an inspection and movement certificate [4])
