Abstract

This Part of Chapter 369 of the Florida Statutes concerns aquatic plant control. More specifically, it provides for aquatic weed control; aquatic plant management; powers of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Florida regarding aquatic plants, including penalties and permitting; invasive nonnative plants, related prohibitions, study, removal and other rules; invasive plant control on public lands; and green utility ordinances for funding greenspace management and exotic plant control.
