B.C. Reg. 226/99, s. (b).] Schedule of Fees and Appendix 2 [en. B.C. Reg. 335/2000, s. 5.] Standards of Practice for Marine Fin Fish Aquaculture Escape Prevention and Response. No person shall release aquatic plants or fish to fresh or tidal waters from an aquaculture facility or from containment or attachment structures in an aquaculture facility unless authorized to do so by the terms or conditions of an aquaculture licence. For each fin fish aquaculture facility of a holder, the holder must maintain accurate records and reports. Furthermore, no person shall process fin fish for sale in the Province except at an establishment that has a valid certificate of registration issued by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (Canada).
