Regulation 3 concerns fees for applications for a shellfish culture licence or finfish culture licence or review of those licences. There shall be paid to the Minister a fee specified in regulation 4 upon the granting of a licence for shellfish or finfish culture on a land based site and thereafter upon each anniversary of the granting, while the licence is in force.
