Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the fees payable in respect of applications for and the grant of aquaculture licences under the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1997 (No. 23) for the culture of any aquatic plant or of any form of aquatic food suitable for the nutrition of fish. Licences shall be given separately for land based site cultures (reg. 4) and marine based site cultures (reg. 5).
