The Regulations lay down provisions relating to aquaculture licence and lease. For the purpose of the present Regulations “Registrar of Aquaculture” means a person designated by the Minister to keep records of aquaculture development areas, aquaculture licences and leases, aquaculture production records and other documents as may be prescribed.
