The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Aquaculture (General) Regulations of 2002-2010. The Regulations bring forth amendments as regard the procedures for granting aquaculture farms licenses and fees to be paid by the contractors. More specifically, they lay down wording amendments to regulations Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 9. Regulation 5 shall be replaced with the text contained in regulation 5 to the present Regulations. Regulation 5 established the fees to be paid for the license of aquaculture farms. Regulation 6 to the principal Regulations is replaced as well. This Regulation establishes the granting of a license to aquaculture farms after a public bid. Regulation 10 is replaced with the text contained in section 8 to these Regulations. Regulations 11 and 14 to the principal Regulations, establishing fees for aquaculture farms, are hereby replaced. Two Annexes (II and III) are added to the text of the principal Regulations, containing the form samples as regards the request for the establishment (I) and for expanding (II) an aquaculture farm.
