The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Aquaculture Laws of 2000-2010. The present law inserts section (3) to article 5 to the principal law. The new section regards the procedures for the renewal of aquaculture licenses. Also, a new section (2) is added to article 15 to the principal law regarding the fees to be paid in case of a transfer of a license.
