Abstract

In implementation of the provisions contained in Decision 2001/812/EC, the present Regulations govern the approval of border inspection posts which shall be responsible for veterinary checks to be carried out on products introduced into the European Community from third countries via Malta. All border inspection posts shall provide the facilities, personnel, equipment and operate the procedures in the posts as specified in these Regulations and the Schedule attached (reg. 3).
