Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the marketing of apples. Section 5 rules that a negotiating agency shall be established to promote an agreement between the local board and processors of apple juice in Ontario on the following issues: a) Minimum prices for any class, variety, grade or size of juice apples; b) Terms and conditions for the sale of juice apples. Section 9 and 10 establish respectively the setting up of a Juice Apple Advisory Committee and a Fresh Apple Advisory Committee. The text consists of 8 Sections.
