Abstract This Regulation establishes a plan of action for the Apple Growers of New Brunswick. The Regulation specifies functions and powers of the Board and authorizes it to fix and collect levies and charges. The revenue for such levies and charges can be used, among others, to create reserves, for paying expenses and losses resulting from the sale and disposal of the regulated product and for the promotion of research activities.
