The present Regulations enter into force on 30 November 2005.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Apiaries Act, 2005. The text – consisting of 9 sections – deal with the following matters: term of certificate, import permits, import permits not required, transport permits, disease or pest and coming into force.
