Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 17 Sections, establishes the requirements to perform the beekeper activity and lays down the conditions of registration as beekeeper. For the purposes of section 8(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. The conditions are specified within as conditions to which the registration of a beekeeper is subject. The register of beekeepers, on identification of hives and on the use of queen candy. The Regulation is completed by two schedules that provides for fees and penalty notice offences.
