Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Antiquities, Monuments and Museum Act, 1998, in relation with the National Register of Historic Resources and (an application for) a permit under section 6 of the Act to carry out works near a monument (including felling of trees) and (an application for) the grant of a licence under section 13 of the Act (relating to excavation). The National Register of Historic Resources shall be kept by the Minister or any person authorized by him or her and shall contain all of the information specified in Form 1 of the First Schedule to these Regulations.
