Abstract This Act provides for the possibility to introduce measures against dumping of goods, i.e. a situation where the export price of goods imported or intended to be imported into Mainland Tanzania is less than the normal value of such goods in the market (country) of origin as determined in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Measures may be proposed to the Minister responsible for trade by the Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Measures Advisory Committee (ACMAC) established under section 4 in accordance with provisions of this Act.
