Abstract

These Regulations provide for measures to fight and anthrax affecting animals. Regulation 2 introduces an obligation to give notice of diseased animals or suspicion of diseased animals, and imposes a similar duty on veterinary surgeons. Where the Chief Agricultural Officer receives such information or has reasonable grounds for suspecting that anthrax exists on any premises, he or she shall forthwith cause a notice in the Form A in the Schedule to these Regulations to be served on the occupier o
