These Regulations enter into force 28 days after their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations specify areas of Antarctica that shall be declared Antarctic Specially Managed Areas, Antarctic Specially Protected Areas, Historic Sites, and Historic Monuments as listed in the attached Schedules.
