Abstract

According to China's laws and regulations and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Health Requirements of Duck meat Exported from China to Kazakhstan, Chinese duck meat meeting the relevant requirements is allowed to be exported to Kazakhstan from the date of promulgation of this Announcement. Requirements to be met on animal quarantine and inspection, labelling/packaging, certification, food safety, storage and transportation are provided in the Annex.
