Abstract

In accordance with the consensus reached between the China General Administration of Customs and the Russian Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Agency, the revised "Two-way Trade Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Sino-Russian Dairy Products" are now issued, and will come into force on the date of issuance. Chinese dairy production enterprises exporting products to Russia shall be approved by the Russian Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service. Russian dairy producers exporting to China should be registered with the General Administration of Customs of China. Requirements to be met by Sino-Russian dairy products on animal quarantine and inspection, labelling/packaging, certification, food safety, storage and transportation are provided in the Appendix.
