The date of entry into force of the 2009 amendment listing 9 new POPs and the 2011 amendment listing endosulfan is 26 March 2014.
Abstract

The Announcement provides for ban of production, circulation, use, import and export of persistent organic pollutants listed in these two amendments of Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. Specific exemptions and acceptable purposes are listed in the table attached to the Announcement.
