Abstract According to Clause 3 of the notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 193) B.E. 2543 (2000), Re: Production Processes, Production Equipment, and Foods Storages; Amendment of the notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 239) B.E. 2544 (2001), importers of prescribed food for sale are required to hold certificates of production processes, production equipment, and foods storages with criteria not inferior to criteria as prescribed the attachment of those Notifications. This Announcement aims to clearly set the guidelines for the importers of prescribed food to follow.
