The traceability shall be related to the lawfulness of aquatic animals or aquatic animal products obtained from fisheries activities. A manual covering traceability procedures regarding sources of raw materials, transportation, storage, production and export must be prepared. Producers or processors of aquatic animals must keep evidence and documents or records related to the examination of evidence for inspection for a period of not less than three years.
