Abstract

These Rules, issued by the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries under paragraph two of section 85 of the Fisheries Ordinance of 2015, concern the obligation of an owner of a fishing port or fish market enterprise to collect and submit reports on port-in and port-out operations of large commercial fishing vessels pursuant to section 81 to the Port-In and Port-Out Control Centre. They set out some procedural requirements.
