Vessels of thirty gross tons or more shall submit documentation regarding vessel registration documents, fishing license, sanitary and safety systems, the welfare of the shipper Article 1. The departure from the fishing port shall not exceed three hundred and sixty-five days. The fishing vessel shall inform the Port In‐Port Out Controlling Centre of the notification of entry and exit.
