Abstract

These Rules, issued by the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries under paragraph 5 of section 81 of the Fisheries Ordinance of 2015 sets out rules for the return to Thai ports by fishing vessels of commercial fishing vessels that go out to commercial fishery in the sea area outside of Thailand. Vessels of thirty gross tons or more shall submit documentation regarding vessel registration documents, fishing license, sanitary and safety systems, the welfare of the shipper Article 1. The departure from the fishing port shall not exceed three hundred and sixty-five days. The fishing vessel shall inform the Port In‐Port Out Controlling Centre of the notification of entry and exit.
