Abstract

To prevent the risk of novel coronavirus pneumonia from entering China through cold chain food imports and protect consumers' health and safety, emergency preventive measures shall be implemented for cold chain food overseas enterprises with new crown virus nucleic acid positive. If the products and their packing of the same overseas production enterprise are detected positive for NCV nucleic acid for the first time and the second time, the Customs shall suspend the acceptance of the import application of the enterprise's products for 1 week; if the products and their packing of the same overseas production enterprise have been detected positive for NCV nucleic acid for 3 times or more, the Customs will suspend the acceptance of the import declaration of the enterprise's products for 4 weeks.
