Abstract

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the export of Indonesian konjac chips to China, the import of Indonesian konjac chips produced since the promulgating date of this Announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements is allowed. The Annex of the Announcement contains the inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Indonesian konjac chips, including: products allowed to be imported; requirements for the manufacturer; food safety requirements; packing requirements; quarantine requirements for the means of transport; requirements for the phytosanitary certificate.
