Abstract

The Constitutional Court has repealed article 7(2) of the Act on the National Park of "Donau Auen" (Vienna National Park Act) (LGBl. for Vienna No. 37/1996) on grounds of inconstitutionality. The said article deals with issues of permits in the above-mentioned protected area of "Donau Auen".
