Abstract

This Ordinance sets out measures to prevent illegal trespass on land of cattle, sheep, donkeys, fowl, goats and swine. Such animals shall be earmarked with marks registered with the Chief Agricultural and Natural Resources Officer. The lawful owner or occupier of the land may demand a penalty from the owner of the illegally trespassing animals and certain trespassing animals may be killed or may be impounded in a private or public pound.
