Abstract

This Act prescribes measures for the control of straying livestock. Any animal found straying may be captured by any person who shall forthwith take or cause to be taken such animal to the animal pound. The Act also concerns the care for animals trespassing on private land. Animals found roaming on mountain slopes shall be deemed abandoned.
