Abstract

Offences of cruelty against animals are specified in section 3. The Court may order destruction of animals in specified cases of cruelty against animals. Section 5 prescribes a penalty for letting stay diseased animals in public places. Section 8 declares the sale, etc. of poisoned grain (to be used as feeding stuff) to be an offence.
