Entry into force notes
The Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may appoint.
Abstract

The Act regulates the importation and exportation of animals, including fish and other aquatic organisms, and provides for other measures for purposes of preventing the spreading of diseases affecting animals and provides for the welfare of animals.
