Abstract

No animal may be exported from the Island save under license issued by the C.A.V.O. Forms of licenses for importation or exportation of animals are prescribed in the First Schedule. Regulation 4 concerns the importation of carcasses. Regulation prescribes a close season for purpose of section 68 of the Law. Other provisions concern the impounding of animals and seizure fees.
