Abstract

This Order prescribes areas as quarantine areas for the purposes of the Animals Diseases Act. No person shall move any ruminant animal from any quarantine area without the written consent of the Minister and any ruminant animal being removed from any quarantine area in contravention of the Order may be seized and detained.
