Abstract

This Act makes provision with respect to measures to control diseases affecting animals. Measures include control of the importation of animals and animal carcasses, quarantine of animals, control on the movement of animals and control of diseased or suspected animals in general. Under the Act “animal carcase” means a carcase of any animal and includes the meat of the animal and such of its offal as is intended for consumption by humans or animals;
