Abstract

These Regulations specify forms to be used in order to apply for the following: licences to perform experiments; endorsements to enable performance of experiments for manual skill; teaching permits to perform any experiment for the purpose of illustrating lectures in order to acquire knowledge on how to save or prolong life, alleviate suffering or combat any disease; and endorsements to enable performance of experiments without anaesthetics. The Director of Health shall be responsible for granting the licences or permits.
