Abstract

These Rules set out requirements and procedures for obtaining the following: a licence to import or export ornamental fish; a permit to import or export a consignment of ornamental fish; and a health certificate for the export of ornamental fish. Fees payable for the licences, permits, certificates, etc. are specified in the Rules.
