Abstract

These Regulations implement in Scotland article 4 of Commission Decision 2002/153/EC concerning certain protection measures with regard to foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom, repealing Decision 2001/740/EC and amending for the eighth time Decision 2001/327/EC and the application by Commission Decision 2002/153/EC of Commission Decision 2001/327/EC to the United Kingdom.
