These Regulation enter into force 90 days after their publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations consist of 7 articles and (i) prohibit organizing or holding a show without a written permit by the Authorized Officer that has to be applied for 3 months before the show; (ii) provide for the granting of the permit only if it is ensured that the animals do not experience the suffering of any kind during the show; (iii) provide for the suspension or revocation of the permit in case of violation of these provisions; (iv) establish that permit for wild animal shows can be granted only under the conditions provided in Article 5.
