Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1998.
Abstract

A regional Ordinance to regulate the disposal of animal waste. All waste of animals or animal products unsuitable for human consumption are to be collected by an authorized firm. Said parts must be kept in special containers by slaughterhouses and meat processing plants until collection, which must be carried out in such a way as to avoid the spreading of disease, takes place. The Ordinance consists of 13 articles.
